Our Freedoms
We believe it is our job to protect and safeguard our God-given freedoms, even if it means defying ungodly jurisdictions and obeying God rather than man. Any attempt to prevent or disrupt fellowship in the Church by a civil or ecclesiastical authority on the grounds of failing to adhere to mandates is divisive and unconstitutional. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

CANCEL CULTURE
Cancel Culture is a cancer to our society. It is rooted in unforgiveness, which is antithetical to who Jesus is. It stifles creativity, humor, destroys livelihood and careers, strips us from our history and culture, and, most importantly, robs us of freedom. Its sister, “Woke Culture,” is no better. She has no redemptive value; she thrives on mob tactics and opinion while disregarding facts and empirical data.
One of the primary vehicles through which this culture thrives is social and mainstream media. They are a giant “clique” which has no problem silencing those whose opinions differ from theirs. KCP champions initiatives, ideas, and concepts that will provide the American people with the means to regain ground against this evil. We believe the more cancel culture grows, the more power is made available to the people of God to do something about it. If we realize that the righteous are bold as a lion and are called the head and not the tail, we will not be intimidated by the woke mob.
KCP also supports the creation of kingdom businesses to compete against any entity that is at odds with our nation. While Big Tech has become Big Brother, it is too big not to fall.
'MANDATES' & LOCKDOWNS
Unconstitutional. No matter the challenges America may face, the federal government has no authority to infringe upon our inalienable rights. Thanks, but no thanks to the Trump Administration; Covid19 lockdowns and ‘mandates’ should have never been allowed in our country. What’s been cloaked in “safety measures” is an overreach of power that has spearheaded our nation into socialism. Our elected and appointed officials do not and should never have the authority to dictate ‘mandates’ or take ‘mandates’ from our health authorities. Their job is to suggest and support health & safety protocols.
The First Amendment to the United States Constitution states, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” In simpler terms, the government has no right to hinder religion or the freedom from practicing it. Christians are commanded to assemble and worship King Jesus. Mandates and lockdowns went directly against the constitution but, more importantly, the Word of God. We can never allow this to happen again. We are called to defy any ungodly authority and obey God rather than man.
CENSORSHIP AND SLANDER
Free speech is in some serious trouble in our nation. Giants like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter restrict conservative content they don’t like. The Communications Decency Act protects online platforms for their users’ defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful content. Congress gave this extraordinary benefit to help facilitate true diversity of discourse. In essence, the CD Act protects big tech from being sued for what goes on their platforms. As long as they censor free speech, this protection should be lifted. These platforms should be classified and treated like publishers.
KCP champions kingdom attorneys who have stepped up in their local communities to defend those being slandered. The average “Joe,” even if smeared by MSM, will usually not fight back. Mainstream and local news media need to be held accountable. We want investigative news, not opinions and watered-down facts.
