The Green New Deal is nothing but a ploy to promote a new industry while depriving another. Some of the most outrageous policies stemming from this Marxist plan include getting rid of farting cows and airplanes and retrofitting every building in America to “restore” the ecosystem to net Zero in less than ten years. Green jobs for all, universal health care, free public education, $15/hour minimum wage are some of the proposed policies funneling agendas that have nothing to do with the environment but everything to do with communism. It is impossible to fuel our economy and military with the “Green New Deal,” which only puts green in its pushers’ pockets.

We favor clean energy as part of our stance to be good stewards of God’s green earth. However, we want to do so in a way conducive to people’s safety and livelihood. KCP rejects this deal and its cover-up “Build Back Better,” which promotes an authoritarian one-world order cloaked in ecology.

Systemic Racism is just as smoke and mirrors as Climate Change is. Now KCP believes the climate does change. It’s called summer, fall, winter, and spring. Yet as the seasons have changed and the industrial revolution continues to grow, the earth is still sustaining. The last thing we want to do is give the government complete control of our environment simply based on opinion.

The Biden “administration” spent 500 million dollars on climate and clean energy research alone. The Green New Deal is proposed as a solution, yet we are spending millions on continued research to reach a goal by 2050. The American people are spending billions on an agenda that is not about the climate but more about government control. This must change. KCP agrees that less production restores cleaner and fresher air for us to breathe in certain areas. There is a wide geographical range in this nation full of buffalo, wildlife, mountains, and valleys—tons of fresh air and open space. America truly is 90% unoccupied land. However, the loud voices and opinions of a minority of people representing our large cities want to make climate change decisions that will affect the entire country.

As Kingdom Conservatives, we are called to understand the signs of the times. What the world describes as climate change is nothing more than what Jesus warned us of: “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes. But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs”. Secular scientists declare the issue of devastating weather as climate change and offer up a false solution leading to communism. Intensified climate is a birth pang, a sign of Jesus coming back and a warning to His sheep to not slumber but continue to occupy and glorify His name on earth until His return. The solution is not a green new deal. The solution is salvation.

A definition of “birth pangs” is “the hardships and difficulties accompanying a major innovation, change or new venture.” KCP believes major innovation will come forth through Kingdom people because God created us to bring solutions. It makes no sense to pacify this “global warming” narrative. It is our job to be good stewards of the land that He has given us, as discussed in the section on agriculture. The truth remains, nothing can save this world but Jesus Christ through His Church. The entire universe is standing on its tiptoe, yearning to see the unveiling of God’s glorious sons and daughters!
